Crank sensor code 4 in a 90 civic witgh a jdm d15b-vtec?

For winter I decided to by a 90 civic with only 164000km on it. I swapped in a JDM d15b with vtec and converted the wiring myself. I get a code 4 once in a while? Believe me I have spent many hours trying to fix it.

I need to know every possible scenarios that can cause and code 4?
