Default Code 15, i have searched and tried everything. PROFESSIONAL HELP ASAP!

just put a fresh turbo lsvtec in , the first time i carnked it over
car started for 45secs then died. no spart to be found. i get a code 15 for Ignition output signal. i tired 2 dizzies off working cars and tried 5 diffrent coils and ignitors.
i checked the 2 prong dizzy conector and i get 12V when connected to ground. i have no idea what is wrong but i think the dizzy is wrong. i also have a rywire obd0-to-obd1 convo harness, all of my wiring is correct. any suggestions cuz i have no f.ucking clue what going on and its 3am i have been at it since 5pm.

Did you use the rywire obd0-obd1 distributor jumper as well? or did you customize your own?
