Climate control cover

Ive been looking for a cover for my climate controls, I did some searching and found a real good write up on it: http://www.coe.uncc.edu/~mdkeena/plate/
Which was made by crxtoad a few years back, I dont think he is still active on this board but after reading some old posts, I think 7psicrx might have or know where I can get a cover for my climate controls! Thanks for any help.
