the first one there is on the doors ..water drips in that top hole runs down FRONT of the door resulting in wet speakers. i used some metal tape and stuck it on from the inside. if the water drips on the inside it is ok,because the speaker pod is louvered were water will not run in. even with the plastic in tack it will still leak onto your speaker and ruin it after time. this will devert the water.
here are the sunroof drains . there are 2 . the front and rear. check them for leaking ,or cloged up drains . as you can see my rears are a little rusted.
here is where the drains drain out. mine was disconnected .resulting in water pouring in. i have not taken off the rear bumper so i dont know where the water dumps out. but im sure you would want to check that it is also not plugged up.
check all around your pop out window seals ! i had to adjust the phillips screws so it would clamp tighter when closed.
there are the hatch back bolts .check there. and everybody knows the tail lights leak like crazy . thats where alot of my water was leaking in.
i forgot to show where the top bumper bolts come thru. these are just a starting point . im sure other people can add some to this thread .

Mine is leaking into the hatch area. The leak is originating from the driverside above the taillights. Im speculating either the rear window or possibly the sun roof drain Gotta take the car apart to see.
mine is leaking in that same area ....i need to take the tail light out and look. i think mine might be leaking in a body weld . right in the corner ? only way to find out is take the tail light off. mine was leaking in like 4 areas. dont be in a huge hurry to put your int right back in. just when you think i fixed the leak....there will be another one so....wait intill it rains a few times . drive around in the rain, and be sure before you put the int back in. do it once ,do it right. i suggest cleaning all int pieces wile everything is out. you can blast them down with super cleaner relly clean them well and not worry about getting it all over everything.

I have a question for you. My sunroof drains are clean and water flows fine but when it rains it gets all wet around that tube and the walls there but it's not from the sunroof tubes
pop the hatch . look at the black vent thing. it is only on one side.(pass side ).is that the side your is wet? im not really sure what that vent is ?????anyone know?????
My wagon leaks water where the right side A-pillar meets the firewall. The water travels down and ends up right next to the ECU. Any thoughts on this?
I have a crx but I think (not to sure tho) it is on the side that has a vent. Driver side for a crx.
I had tons of water dripping from where the hatch struts mount to the body on my 88 HF. Also collected in my dome light. Unbolted the hatch and slid it down a few inches so I could better get to the cracked seam sealer. Many cracks in the rain gutters, especially where the rain gutters drained into the hatch recess. Cleaned up the old loose seam sealer and used Lord Fusor and an acid brush to spread it out over the old cracks. Put an extra gob around the hatch tabs and reinstalled. Totally fixed the problem. No more lake in my spare tire well.
the hose that you pointed to going down to the taillight. did you pull it out because there is a cylinder tube that gets stopped up. mine leaked an i cleaned it out an it stopped leaking.
I have a crx and was wanting to know if lots of people have problems with there hatch seal and if they had anyluck replacing it.
