Looks ricey.
I thought you wanted Honda City lights on an EF. Hence why i posted a Honda City.
The lights look possible, just cut a hole in the back of your headlight and put it in.

Re: city lights on ef
pretty easy actually.
you can use one plug or 2 like i did, 2 is more brighter and covers the whole housing.
but yea, get the plugs from the junkyard or something. the ones for the corner lights (see pix). drill a hole under the headlight (with bumper off) the hole should be as big as the plug diameter, have it snug tight. use some hot glue to have it glued down so it would come out during vibration and having it sealed so no water would get into it. now connected the red/black to the parking light on the corner light. there you go. when you turn 1st click on, it turns on.
i dont have a light voltage tester thing. but it doesnt affect my lighting output on my corner lights.
