car doesn't turn need help

i got a 90 civic sedan the car cranks over but won't turn on. i've changed the main relay fuel filter fuel pump cause it wasn't working the starter and nothing happens i mean the car wants to turn on but it like if something is holding it

It could be a bad distributor, check to see if your getting spark and what code is the ecu throwing?

they told me it could be that just haven't had the time to check but i check later and let y'all know
