btw, did you new gas tank have a drain plug???
Cool, (cutting out + damn near getting rear-ended from idjits tailgating sux,rt?)
No,that's about the only thing that wasn't oem ish was that it lacked a drain-which I can live with...

Had a bit of seepage @ top of tank (had to tighten banjo bolt a hair more),and need to put teh lil cover back on after I wash teh filthy fker + buy another can of undercoating to touch up some "light spots" on new tank + cpl places on under body whilst @ it. (undercoated top 1st since was sitting on bottom, did bottom of tank as/after I put in back in) Taking a day or so break b4 starting oem big brake swap...

Loving teh new fuel system! (cannot make it cut out now, even on long hard left turns!!!)

Finally found correct high pressure AC line for my "AC Re-installation" in muh collection of parts-gotta throw compressor on + then finally "clean up" ac/fan wiring. (guess I'll pick up 2nd mishimoto fan. 12" or maybe lil 10" one)

Trying to motivate self to blast/coat/cure oem big brake parts so I can do swap,Mo L8TRZ!

What you have done, good Sir, has put me in awe. This is exactly what I wish I could do with my car (91 ef hatch). Well, I have been, but not to the extent you are. I need more space and a dd if something is to go wrong haha. Mad props on the car though, and your motivation! Keep up the good work, there needs to be more "thorough" Honda people like you! haha

All sold seperately. Tank was 67.30 shipped (oem fit,but no drain), walbro gsl392 inline pumps average 100.00 ish w/ "kit" (foam pc + 2 clamps, some w/ barb fittings), had a "clean" used oem intank pump, installed new "sock" strainer filter (careful buying non-oem intank sock strainer filter, some will cause that "out of gas on corners" deal due to not being low down in tank enough like oem strainer sits-bought a bosch brand and it works-like 15.xx ish shipped iirc), SS line + AN fittings is where it starts costing $$$...

Been busy w/ other stuff (including building / riding oldschool bmx bikes) Doc said I needed exercise,so I am Ha!
(No,not me- but yeah just like that 30 years ago, lol)
Picked up cpl of beater bikes to play on,and building a very decent full chromoly 1984 mongoose expert/californian (depends on decals + parts since both models same frame) Using some mid school parts til proper period-correct parts sourced.

***EDIT,FOUND A ROGER DeCOSTER,Also an `80 chatsworth Mongoose,92 Robinson,`91 Redline,Haro Zippo,+ asstd otha vintage bmx partz (plus some newish china bikez to "flip" for more stuff, lol) but ALWAYZ Looking For More!!!*** (one of teh last bikes I rode BITD,really love Em!) + Still need thule bike attachment + 38" ? fairing + then can take Bear Dog riding / running...

1984 mongoose expert / californian (full chromoly)
one of muh 15.00 beater bikez, heavy but fun!

Almost ready to blast prelude vtec re-drilled rotors,Legend dual piston calipers and coat / powdercoat them (using Techline TLTD on brackets for it's cooling properties, and RED powdercoating on caliper bodies) Installing 1" MC + 290v big *** booster along with bigger brakes to complete setup... Mo L8TRZ!

Well, cpl months after installing b swap-stupid thermal intake gasket went leakville on me during 4th of July traffic on beach. Really cannot recommend uzing em,nope! Kept checking oil (for sign of h2o in oil,and muh boosted sedan just HAD to be needing rebuild @ same time so...) + finally reared it'z ugly head last month - yup! Oil milkshake = BAD NEWZ! ;( Immediately parked...

Currently porting orig b16a head that came w/ swap that some1 started porting (I bought 2nd already built w/ Ti retainers/dual springs head + rocked it) Almost time to install head again + when breaking down valvetrain I needed longer reach "arms" on muh C-clamp type valve spring compressor,so fabbed an attachment up like ones for sale for B VTEC heads outta an Old 5/8" sparkplug socket, cut away sides w/ die grinder (for keeper access),tapped teh hole w/ 3/8" NC16 tap (so it can be removed from compressor arms) Ghettto fabulous + workz...

More l8trz...
