Default B18A into CRX DX Swap Problem HELP!

I put my B18A into my CRX DX 2 days ago. At first it would idle fine. But now it doesn't idle right, it sounds like it is going to die for the first minute or so and some times it does die. Also whenever you try to drive it the RPM's surge jumping up and down causing the entire car to shake as if you didn't know how to drive, but that is only during partial throttle if you go full throttle it won't do it. Which makes me believe it couldn't be the vacuum lines. I figure it has to do with the wiring I'm just wondering what part could cause this. Or if you think it's not the wiring please tell me. Also it can't be anything with the motor itself because I drove the car and it ran fine. Please help me! TIA!

I had a very similar problem with my car twice.. the first time it was because the one of my main grounds was not tight enough... the ground that goes on the back of the block.. the second time.. it was because i had a really messed up distributor rotor.. i changed it and it worked great..

Well i switched the TPS wires and now it is opposite the car is good during partial throttle and when you try to go full throttle the car bogs out and sometimes comes back and sometimes spurges. I talked to some guy and he said it couldn't be a wiring problem because it would be a constant problem and not only during full or partial throttle. He said that since I am throwing some codes that with certain codes it goes into default mode so you don't blow you rmotor or anything. Does anyone know if there is any truth to this? TIA. Oh and I replaced the distributor cap and rotor. i have also gotten a brand new fuel filter since my spark plugs were a little white.
