b16 motors

I am getting the first gen b16 motor and I have seen alot of diffrent versions of this which is better? 88 crx HF

OBD 0 B16 160 hp(easyest to swap in ED's and cheapest)
OBD 1 B16 is 170
OBD 2 B16B from the ctr is 185 hp.
