Yeah, seems to be. Dont think any pans came from the factory this way. Doesnt look like most of the kits Ive seen either.

I just meant custom as in somebody didn't buy a baffle kit made by a company. Looks like they cut it themselves.

Decided to clean out the garage today so I have room to work on the car, she needs a bath though! After I get the motor built, im going to have the bumpers and bumper fillers painted to match. Im thinking about painting the "trim" part black still and then clearing over it. Then I wont have to worry about plastic fading on me. :D

i used sem trim paint it works great on plastics, on metal it will not stick good starts to peel slowly

Ill have to look into something like that and talk to my painter. I plan to paint my bumper in the same scheme as yours. Color-top/matte trim/color-middle/matte lip.
