90 Civic Dx No Start.....
Okay so the car was running fine for awhile. Drove it one day last week and it just stopped in the middle of the road.
Got it started back and took it home. Now it will not start again.
What we have checked....Timing is dead on. Its getting fuel and spark.
Any help?

Does the Check Engine light come on when you turn the key to position II ("on") and then go out after about 2 seconds? If the light stays on constantly instead of turning off after 2 seconds, then your ECU is not getting power - this is usually a fault of the main relay.
How did you check for both fuel and spark? Did you physically remove a spark plug, reinsert it into the end of the wire, hold the ground electrode against a bare bolt head in the engine bay and watch for fat blue sparks while someone else cranked the engine? If you didn't, then you should.
Did you pull the main fuel injector and verify that it is spraying fuel? Can you hear the fuel pump priming after turning the key to position II? Did you remove the timing belt covers, set the engine to TDC and physically check to make sure the timing marks were lined up?
If you have the correct timing, good compression in at least 3 cylinders, the correct fuel:air ratio, and strong spark, then there is no reason the engine shouldn't start.
If the engine starts to run on its own after cranking but then dies out as soon as you let go of the key, you probably have a bad ignition switch contact assembly.

Yes check spark with the plug in the end of the plug wire. Fires fine.
I checked fuel at the rail, pump is priming. Also tried starting fluid.
Engine does not try to run, just simply turns over.
