i have a 91 civic lx which i swapet out the five speed manul for a four speed manual with all the axle and hub parts but the driver side axle is poping out well it barely is going in

Pretty sure the 4 speed cars had different hubs like the HE
out of curiousity, why out a 4 spd in?

i put a four speed in cause i was all ready have cv axle problems with the five speed cv axle seal went bad drove it dry snapt the diff four speed tranny was cheap came with the axles and oriiganal hubs changed every thing out worked fine while running it back and fourth about 50 yard let it sit for the night went to head off for the gastation the next day and put tranny fluid in it reverse was hard to get in go for 1gear nothing 2gear nothing checked the axle its pop out on the driver side now its all most in just a little more but no go
