2001 ITR rear seats in my 91 Hatchback?

My buddie wants to sell me his rear seats out of his 01 itr, will they fit?

they kinda fit, but they dont fill teh rear seats completely you will have a gap on the bottem section on both sides, and teh top will fit pretty good though...
