1990 Civic DX Hatchback Interior Disassembly - Helms
Are there any actual EF civic 3-door helms pdfs around?
I've tried downloading various pdfs containing the civic 3-door service manual (hondahookup), but all the files actually contain only the crx coupe manual, and I know the interiors are marginally different.

This is illegal and not permitted on Honda-Tech.
If you want a Helm manual, buy one.

if you are trying to get the rear seats out, take out the clip on the bottom right and bottom left of the 2 seats, and then slide each side toward the exterior of the car and they will come out. then undo the bolt in the middle on the back of the seat bench, and lift the rear forward and unhook the hooks in the front and they are out.
everything else is obvious.
