starting problems
Is it winter where you are? If so, cold weather always makes starting take a bit longer. It takes my 2000 CRV a second or two longer to start during cold days compared to warm ones.
Also, check if your battery is good. 9/10 times it is the culprit for starting problems.

B, a little more info/history is needed; how long have you owned the rig? is this a new issue? how long does it crank before starting? Does it seem to crank slow? Once it starts does it seem to run smooth? Do you smell gasoline when it cranks? Recent work done on it? Any additional info would be helpful to the folks on this site. Mo is betta
