Default Driving with rear window up

Wondering if anyone has driven around with the back window up during the summer for more air flow?
I understand its not designed for that purpose, but it looks like it would work really well!

Input?

Ive gone on about 15 mile trips with it up. Yes, the air flow is superb! BUT you get some serious exhaust fumes flowing throughout the car when youre going under about 25 mph. And the other down side is that the back glass moves whenever you go over bumps, for example a small speed bump at 5 mph, the door slams all the way down to the latch! Maybe its because my "cylinders" are mildly used! Any advice on how to fix that?
Thanks! Hope this helps!
