Busting THEM

Hi I have a 2001 CRV it has good spark injector pulse 43 psi fuel pressure is right on time it won't start ???? it has 285000 miles my last one had 450000 miles can anyone tell me what i am overlooking

have you seen it spark off a plug? my guess from the limited info would be the coil in the distributor.
