1990 honda accord no start

1990 honda accord no start
ex bone stock. this car had a cold start leaking injector with ruff idle for 2
seconds the way i got evidence of it being the injector was pulled spark plug
turned ignition on off on off on off fuel started to pool up slowly so i took off
fuel rail changed injector put everything back on backwards. disconnected
injector resistor box attempted to start to clear fuel from cylinder, after that i
connected the resistor box started it missed fire as if the fuel injector was
leaking all the time. i let it run for a lil bit i thought maybe this injector is
stuck i hit it to no vail still misfiring. so i took it out again the same way i did
before put another injector put everything back the same way. this time i had
fuel pressure but no spark. i have another honda accord 91 so i swapped
dizzy this time there was spark, fuel pressure, and i could hear the injectors
click when i turned the dizzy out of the cam while grounded spark would also
fire as i turned the dizzy out of the cam. bolted the dizzy still no start but
everything is working perfect fuel pressure spark injectors click just no start
so im stuck hard. also another thing i put that working dizzy back on to the
car that ran and now it doesnt start it still has spark fuel and injectors click
cylinders smell like fuel. only side not is that both cars backfire when trying to
start. any help would be great. also i get 11.98 volts at the black/yellow wire
at the dizzy so im stumped on that too i thought it was suppose to be 12.4v
or so. i just dont get how swapping the good dizzy into the car with the
problems blew it and now the car that use to run doesnt start
also is this the right firing order i think that might be it but as i look at it it looks correct just want to make sure lol its been a while since ive been in the honda game ............

JUST GOT THE ICM TESTED CAME OUT BAD SWAPPED IT OUT WITH A NEW FIRED BACK UP. I DONT SEE WHAT CHANGING INJECTORS HAS TO DO WITH THE ICM BUT OH WELL. THIS PROBLEMS HAS BEEN SOLVED
