Trying to lift my crv with 2 inch strut spacer. Had no issue in back but can not get the front low control arm to droop out far enough to reinstall strut with 2inch spacer. Help please!

When i did mine I had break loose the upper ball joint and to have some body stand on the rotor to get that little bit of clearence then use a couple pry bars to line up the fork mounting hole to the LCA. I found it was easier put everything together on the bottom then use a jack to help compress the strut and get the upper ball joint back in place. Hope that helps answer you question
