I left this comment. Obviously biased toward the DC2 ITR. But everyone should up vote it and maybe Honda will bring more Type R's to the US.

We love the high revving VTEC DOHC 16V naturally aspirated inline 4. The clean simple styling of the GEH DC2 ITR is timeless. Please don’t hesitate to bring back the GEH tradition. Glad that you finally brought another Type R to the US. Man do we wish the US got the DC5 ITR and the FD2 Civic Type R!

So the lighter you can make cars, the higher revving, the most direct steering, and the most championship white the better. Simple baby, that’s what we want.

First NSX (Gen 2) sold at $2M for charity auction, wonder if this will get anywhere close...

Figure the 0001 car would be the only FK8 worth anything down the road anyway.

Agree, first car should have been CW (even tho I'm partial to black...). Maybe Honda is trying to pump up the value of the blue ones !

I had a phone call yesterday and said that it had a few civic type r at my local race track for the journalists and for the Grand Prix of Montreal , in less than 30 min I was there ! There was 15 of them , white , red , black and blue ! All the same California plate , and one CW was out to take a photo shoot I parked next to it and the photographer said we should do a photo shoot of both of them ! But didn't had time ...

The whole package falls short of perfection, but the first Civic Type R ever to be sold in the United States has a lot of personality for something that looks so much like a robot.
