Yeah and you'll probably also need a VIN number from a CTR as well.

Oh yeah since the CTR crank pulley is getting near-impossible to find, Inline Four makes their own using Honda O.E pulleys and then they machine them and balance them.

Pit-Crew Motorsports In Cali has some. At least they did when I was there a week ago.
