Default Yet another idle problem. Searched already and nothing

i have a 93 civic w/ a Poor man type r and the problem is that the idle suges from 1100 to 1500 when its fully warmed up, i found out today that if i havew the heat set on 3-4 the idling stops. if i take the heat down to 1-2 or even off it surges. i have already checked the vacuum hoses and did the collant bleeding. its weird i have never heard of the motor stop surging when the heat is turned on high. i have tested it many time with the same result, when the heat is on low or off it idles and when its set on high it goes away immedialty. please help, thanks

Nah, i wouldnt know man. Sorry. All i can think of is maybe just try messing with the TB bolt. It stopped my car from fluxuating idle after switching to OBDI ecu.

Strange.... I would check all the grounds first, especially the thermostat ground.
