yes or no?

To install itr front sway bar on 1992 si HB, it is necessary to swap out my LCA with an Integra LCA, correct?

actually no....since you have an si it should have a sway bar already on....should be same mounting points for both si and itr....are you really sure you want an itr bar on the front??
