yes or no???
would a 92 civic cx distributer work on a 95 sohc vtec motor??....and how about a 92 cx intake manifold on a 95 sohc vtec motor??.....will those work or not??..tahnx

I'm not too sure about the CX dist. working on a VTEC motor. I think internally they may be different. As for the intake manifold, why would you put a CX one one the D16Z6? The CX one looks so anorexic compared to the VTEC one. But if you have to use it, then yes, it should work. HTH.

just taht im doing the swap and the sohc motor did not come with these items..i would like to get the car running and just replace it with a better one later..main thing is just to get the car running...thanx for the info

yeah the mani will work, it will just be like sucking a milk shake through a stirring straw.
as far as the dist, it should work, but the CX dist does not send a tachometer reading, so you will have no vtec.
