y7/z6 Mini Me: what head gasket do i get?

i know this is a noobie question but is the y8,y7, and z6 head gasket all the same or wil one of them lower the compression down etc? thanks.

I'm sure there all the same.. I just used the z6 one.. worked fine for me.
