Icon3 Y7/Z6 mini me swap CEL codes after swap

Just did a vtec head swap on a 98 civic cx with a d16y7 block and d16z6 head. before the swap i was getting a O2 sensor code since the swap im getting 2 new codes
P1337 Crank position sensor
P0113 Intake air temp

All sensors are hooked up exactly the same. Using the P2E ecu until i get a p28.
Starts up okay and idles fine.
Revs up extremely slow and has horrible throttle response.
Looking for causes and solutions to why its throwing these codes.
Any help would be awesome!

P1337 is not crank position sensor it's crank fluctuation sensor by the crank. Make sure its plugged in and the belt hasn't rubbed or broken the wires. How did you mount the IAT?

The person that had my car before me put a z6 intake mani on the y7 head before i got the car so i dont know how he has the IAT set up i just hooked everything up the way it was when i pulled it and it wasnt throwing that code. Are you talking about the timing belt or the belts on the crank pully? thanks for the reply

Is it the set of wires that run up the timing belt cover and hook up under the intake mani right above the alt? if so i found a break in the wires if i remember right there black ,blue and white

Hey I had a question. I just swapped my z6 head on to a y7 block and the block has a crank sensor like in the picture but my z6 didn't..Can i just leave it unplugged or do i have to wire something in to connect it?

Depends on what the engine is going in.
