Default WTF is up with my clutch

I have a 95 civic with the z6 engine and tranny and I just replaced my worn factory clutch with an oem spec exedy at about 132K and now, 11,000 miles later the f*cker is slipping again. just tried spinning 'em, dropped it from about 4000 and all I get is a tiny chirp and if I didn't let off i probably would of just busted the clutch totally loose. The thing is, I don't even drive very hard. Just the occasional night crusing around town. I've only raced probably 15-20 times since i got it replaced. Could it be anything besides the clutch wear because even when it was NEW it never grabbed as hard as my friends 92 teg or my other friends 96 grand am gt. I have NEVER even got close to spinning them in 2nd, before or after the new clutch. Somebody please explain this to me 'cuz this BS is really pissin me off. Thanx.

Did you replace the pressure plate as well? What about the flywheel...was it resurfaced? Also, maybe you just ride the clutch. That will kill them pretty fast too.

i replaced the pressure plate and resurfaced the flywheel too. i don't ride the clutch if you mean resting my foot on the pedal, maybe i "ride" it a little starting out, cuz it sucks starting out with so little torque , but that shouldn't cause that much damage should it

If the machine shop cuts to much off the flywheel you loose grab, lots of german cars cant take even 1 cut

so say if the clutch has been replaced twice (maybe before i bought it) and they grind down the flywheel each time, that could be why my clutch is so "soft". it hardly jerks at all even when shifting hard. So, would a new flywheel solve the problem, or is it too late and i have to replace everythin all over again PLUS a flywheel too? cuz that would suck
