I have a cat which is hollowed out.
I can't wait to get an aftermarket exhaust.
Would it benefit me any fit i put the cat on with the stock exhaust.

Yes, but it will be such a small increase, you won't even notice it. Not worth the trouble imo.
But was sacred, i didn't want to pressure to build up becuase of stock exhaust.

it causes turbulence in the exhaust pipes which can hurt performance. best way to do it is to either buy a test pipe or a free flow cat.
