well for now she'll be sitting on my shelf in my garage in a bag lubed down. i saw it, took a chance, and it paid off, im not ready to mod this head yet. just couldn't pass up a rare deal!
1st things 1st
i want to concentrate on the 99 B18C1 Bare block i picked up for $100.00
it threw a rod, and its a lil banged up on the bottom of cylinder #1. it doesn't need any machining whatsoever, and im still looking into adding more deck hieght to the block to better the r/s ratio to as close to 1.75 as i can while retaing the same stroke. we'll see. i have seen some picks back in 98 of this wish i still had the mag to show you. but if i cant do that im sending it to benson for either 84mm or 87mm sleeves (most likely 87mm) then it's off to the cryo tank before final honing.
but boost is the plan. im going all out on this build up , and im still uncertain if i will go with the low compression crower stroker kit with the billet crank. but any thing that can be cryo'd will be done, and anything that can be coated by http://www.swaintech.com will be coated. more to come.
overkill is an understatement
Assalamu'alaikum
