Default wondering about ebay turbos?

The following is a turbo kit on ebay for a "d" series civic. Its costs $800. Is it gonna suck? Why is it so cheap? Has anyone had any luck with these or is the quality just too low?

You get what you pay for + you should never trust anything from ebay unless you can pick it up.

its cheap because of the quality of the parts or lack there of. if you are going to do it, you might as well do it right the first time aka dont waste your time with ebay generic kits.

This is probably an OBX kit with a chinese turbo (garrett wanna be). OBX is great at piping and welding etc. but their turbos are junk. Buy the kit, sell the turbo, buy a Garrett turbo with the correct flanges. OR just run it till the turbo grenades in a month, then buy the garrett.

If it were me, I would save my money and go the edelbrock route.

That's just me though.
