wobble and noise on braking ?

wobble and noise on braking ?
so i just put a newer si tranny into my y7 hatchback same with axles and 5 week old brakes and it wobbles on braking and makes a weird noise every rotation when almost at a stop?

thanks it was just a rotor sound went away. still a little wobble but alot better i think i just need the other one changed now!
