wires going into fuse box

Default wires going into fuse box
hey guys, trying to finish up my build and ran into this problem, the wire closest to the front of the car isnt hooked up to anything, where is it supposed to go? i know on an eg it goes back into the harness but not sure where it goes. any help is appreciated. this is on a 97 civic ex btw
