Each tuck is different, because into each tuck goes that persons creativity on where to run the wires. You are somewhat limited to a "complete tuck" because with most complete tucks, people remake their harnesses by shortening or lengthening certain sections to properly hide them.

and i do understand that completely. I know that i am going to reroute the headlight harnesses, relocate the battery, and what not i just need advice on how to do the majority of this.
i do not really want to go to the extreme of welding up the holes, and smoothing everything out i just want to make my bay cleaner ya know

I recommend not doing it then. If your scared of doing it and dont have a 2nd car this isnt something to experiement with. Also it really depends how far your willing to go. Easy stuff to do is just move the injector wires under the manifold, vaccum lines, and the headlights through the fender. Start there and see how you feel.

If the civic isnt your daily and you want to do a basic tuck. I suggest pulling your engine harness and putting it back in the way you see fit. Sounds simple enough right.
