Can anyone tell me what number fuse is the wiper and washer on. I dont have the panel diagram. 1999 civic hx, I really dont want to take it to the dealer and get ripped off. Also, could it be the motor. The last time thay worked was when i tryed to use them when my windshield had ice and they stopped when they got to the top and havnt worked since.
