I have seen when I was purchasing B series cam gears, they specified VTEC cam gears. I am assuming they are different, Full-Race makes them for all motors though. I don't know how great their product is though, it only has 3 screws to stop slipping, generally the more the better!

There is no difference..
I used the same Cam gears on my Crower LS cams as i do on my skunk2 VTEC cams. All B series cam gears are interchangeable

In the old days, when there weren't very many cam gears available, they used to market them as just B series cam gears. Alot of the companys that followed started using seperate part numbers, but they're all the same.
