Default will this work? is it that easy? 4x100 to 4x114 conversion

As far as I know the rear disks setup from a GSR and 96 spec JDM ITR are the same except for the bolt pattern. Now If I was to do a conversion and instead of talking the whole trailing arm and doing all that ****. Can I just swap out this part?

the one with the arrow

fits on the new wheels just need some red lug nuts

I believe u can, I've seen other posts where people have changed only that spindle part. Nice wheels by the way, I would change out all my spindles just for those wheels too bump

never heard of that, but its pretty damn simple to switch out trailing arms, i used hand tools and did a rear disc conversion in an hour

you are refering to swapping not the spindle, but just the hub. Not even the bearing, the only actual part you will need is the wider hub where the lug studs are at 4x113.4. Assuming the bearing is the same (and i think it is) just check the hub's offset. It should be identical, therefore this will work. Just get the hub (with bearing if you want) and swap it.

yeah, just change the rear hub and rotor. Same with 5 lug....you can use any rear disc trailing arm...just change the caliper when doing 5 lug

I just found out that the GSR trailing arm and JDM ITR 96' trailing arms have different part numbers, therefore it will not work. I just ended up changing the whole trailing arm w/ the brake set up. Its just too bad that I did not finish because one of the rear Disk Breaks I got from ICB does not have spot for the ABS although its still a 4x114.3, really weird. Im gonna give them a call see if I can exchange that side.
