It'll be too long. I had to cut out a section of my exhaust and reweld the flange to bolt up to the cat using an LS exhaust manifold (same length as B16).
You may be able to use a GSR Exhaust Manifold and catalytic converter. Those are quite a bit shorter.

As long as it's the two-bolt flange that's kind of diamond shaped.
If it's the 3-bolt triangle flange, you'll need to go to a muffler shop and get a new flange welded on.

Bah, reverse what i said.
If you have the two-bolt flange, you'll need the 3-bolt.
The end of the cat that attaches to the header has the two-bolt diamond flange, the part that bolts to the exhaust is the 3-bolt triangle flange.
