Default Will Si springs work on a DX?

I've searched and found this question, but no good answers. Here's what I'm wondering...

99-00 Si springs, will they work on a 96-00 DX, and what will the effect be in terms of ride height?

I'm also curious about del sol and EG Si springs on a 96-00 DX hatch if anyone has tried it.

Thanks.

Thanks, BlueIntegraBoy. Do you mean the 99-00 Si springs? Do you know what kind of height change they would have on a 96-00 DX?

I don't think they will change the ride height honestly. Your difference will be that they will have a stiffer spring rate than the DX springs. I've looked at a few stock Si's and they seemed to have sat at the same height as any other trim level Civic I've seen. I'm not sure about springs from an EG, but I'm pretty sure they will bolt up too to your struts. IIRC a lot of the suspension stuff is the same for 92-00 Civics.

IIRC all 92-00 civic springs are the same...i mean aftermarket springs anyway. if you are talkin about stock em1 springs...i believe they MIGHT be a little lower than dx springs...but not alot. also i believe the del sol springs and eg springs are the same. someone correct me...because i may be wrong.
