I do believe you need the integra brake booster too. Run a search, there was a long and detailed thread on this a while ago.

sorry to bust the bubble, but it WONT bolt up. i'm assuming that you are getting a 94-97 integra master/booster. one of the brake lines uses a different fitting. so you will need to get the larger, integra flare nut and reflare it onto your civic hardline. if you get a 98+ master, then ya, it will bolt up. either way, you will need to bend the crap out of those hardlines to get them to line up.

a 15/16" MC will bolt right up. It's off the SI's with rear disc. A GSR 1" MC will not directly bolt up. You need to change one of the fittings and I haven't used it but possibly bend and reroute a brake line, or snag the lines from a integra. I have a extra 1" MC that has the adapter peice in it already possibly for sale if the price is right but this isn't the sale section so IM if your interested. Personally for ease find a 15/16" MC.

NO the GS-R unit doesn't just bolt up with no problems.
You'll have some line bending to do and you'll have to reflare one of the lines and put the ABS fitting on it.
Just get an Integra RS master cylinder and it will bolt right up with an RS booster and there will be NO line bending because it's a NON-ABS M/C. 15/16ths and no line ****.
...Or just get a 1990-1991 Civic EX 4-door master cylinder. It's 15/16ths as well and bolts up to the stock Civic booster.

LS and GS are still ABS. Same trouble as GS-R. Get ehe RS master cylinder.
Make sure to get an RS or LS booster.
About half of them need a slight trimming of the booster rod if you don't get the M/C booster combo together from the same car.
to check for this, simply get the booster and put the M/C on it. If you cannot fit the M/C flush without having to compress the rod and it feels springy, then trim 3/4 of an inch off the booster rod.
I've seen this a few times here at the shop and the trimming works like a charm.
Mine required no trimming because I got the same RS booster and M/C from the same car.
Why not buy a used booster for like $50 and get a brand new RS M/C for like $160.00 or better?
...Or just buy a new 1991 EX 4-door M/C and bolt it up to your Civic's booster?
I prefer the booster/M/C swap together, but others have said the 1991 EX M/C works fine too.
