will a 92 Hatch stock exaust fit on a 92 sedan ?
i know it might be too short or too long, I just want to get rid of the fart can that came with my new sedan.
I don't' care about looks, I just want to know if it will fit.

What do you mean 'piping won't fit'? How so?
Anyway, the exhaust system from the 92 Hatch won't be a direct fit for your Sedan. It's too short for the hangers on the muffler to hook onto the car. That's an easy fix, though. Simply have it extended.
Or look for a 93-95 coupe exhaust system. It should bolt right up.

I meant vise versa, but the hatch is too short for the sedan and will not fit. bottom line.

I've used the hatchback b-pipe on my 4dr before and it fits fine. Only thing is that it bends too early and it makes noise when hit a bump because it hits the sides.
As for the axleback, it is definitely different and it won't fit unless you custom make the hangers for the axleback.
In conclusion, coupe/sedan = same.....hatchbacks different.
