i don't believe so, different lower control arms if i'm correct.
i'm not 100% sure though, someone chime in, i know people know for sure.

front shocks? yes. the lower fork is different not the shock itself.
rear shocks? not without grinding down your rear lower bushing. (lower mounting point is narrower on the EK than the EG)
