I got a 94 coupe. Every now and then I hear a really faint lil clank when I dip over big bumps. I can only hear it when the stereo and the heater is off. I thought it might be my hood because my hood stoppers were all teh way down and made my hood vobrate. I tightened them up and it quieted it down by I can still hear it a lil. I looked at my suspension and dont see any binding. CV joint is new with maybe 3k on it. Installed right and not hard driving because my pos is a auto so I dont try to drive it fast lol. Checked my tie rods and the seem fine. What would a bad ball joint sound like? I did the wheel check by jacking it up and trying to see if the wheel had slop but it was fine. Is there anything that hangs that could possibly make a clank noise?
