Wierd electrical problem 98 coupe
Ok so every once in a while the radio will cut off but will hold memory so its not the 12v constant. When this happens the door lock box in the drivers door clicks, some times this happens multiple times while driving like its looking accessory but that should not affect door locks.

pull the radio out and run new power wires for 12v and any other power wires into fuse box . Find a new ground as well anything for the chassis will work . I had radio issues b4 like you and thats what fixed it .
