hey will i just recently started driving my car once again after putting a d16y7 with a v-tec head... it vibrates way to much even though i have mounts,,,, but with a b series it didnt vibrate at all......when i accelerate and let it go the idle goes way down to like 300 rpm and wants to die but then it settles back to 1000 rpm... i also have a cel p1337 which is cranksensor could the vibration and really low idle be caused by that ?

vibrate? could be your mounts. my car was shaking when i shift in low rpm and i found out one of my back mount bolt was losen. double check your mount.

i double checked everything its tight as a virgin...lol j/k..

The low idle, possibly, you've got dizzy issues.

Does it only vibrate under acceleration?

could be something as small as a wheel alignment.

yeah and when i let the accelerater go and the rpm s are going down it vibrates until its on normal idle...,,,,,

i dont think its alignment cuz it also does it when im stopping and parked and i just rev it a lil and it vibrates


i have sum innovative mounts the polished cnc machined ones... there almost new

aftermarket mounts tend to vibrate and be noisy. they're so stiff things will vibrate, trust me. its good for the car, but bad for comfort.

i figured.... lol... but wit the built b-series it didnt vibrate as much as with this stock sohc?

does anyone think that the cel for the cranksensor is causing this?
