konis will get you 80-90% of the performance of almost any suspension set-up out there... for $500. can't beat that.

I paid $509 shipped for Neuspeed Koni Yellow shocks from lightningmotorsports.com PM--> lightning a.k.a. Tom.

Difference between regular Koni Yellows and Neuspeed Koni Yellows:

you need to request a koni-specific kit for the ground controls. if you already have ground controls for stock shocks, call ground control and order the koni sleeves. they're like $15/each.

dont know about the tokicos.

to the guy wondering about price, i paid $500/shipped for neuspeed koni yellows off a retailer on ebay.

wait so you are saying i wont have to buy completely new shocks from koni, ill just have to buy the sleeves and they will fit....cause i already tried to install the coils and they wouldnt fit on my stock shocks

ok after reading all of your post your confusing the **** out of me.

if you have STOCK struts, the regular GC setup will fit, if you have koni's you need to get an GC sleeve for the koni's. if the GC don't fit on your stock struts then you should probably read alot more info or have some one else install them cause they do fit

Konis are superior to any aftermarket shock on the shelf. Tokico compared to Koni's is . I always find it strange and disturbing when people want to buy $2000 coilovers and really don't need them, but you not one of them so . My boss won nationals last year with such a basic setup you wouldn't believe it koni's and custom spring rate GC, no $2000-3000 suspension system blah blah.

like i said... konis and gc's will get you 80-90% of the performance... only at the very upper levels do you need anything better..

and trust me, very very very few people in this forum are anywhere near that level.

Just finished my suspension. I recently got NUESPEED/Koni SP3 set matched with NUESPEED Sport Springs. Verdict: Best setup I could imagine. Everyone I talked to at automotive forums either recommended the Koni's or the H&R Cup Kits and I went for the Koni's. I fitted them with KYB boot (with modifications to fit) and KYB strut mounts. Ride is way better than my previous crappy sets of stock struts.

I got mine for $509 shipped from ebay (I believe his ebay sn is asw88, see link below

http://cgi2.ebay.com/ebaymotor...asw88

Goodluck with your suspension. It took me a long time to research and make a decision. Originally I was going to go with AGX + Pro kit but later on decided to go with my current setup after a few feedbacks from guys here and AF.
