Who is running 215/45/16 Azenis on thier 99/00 civic's?
I am wondering if they are going to rub on my car? I have read that these are really wider than most 215/45/16's . They will be going on a 7" wide rim.
Thanx

I tried it back in September and it didn't work for me. I had a 16x7.5" wheel 43mm offset and 215/45x16" Azenis. Their tire should be labelled a 225/45x16" or even 235/45x16" they are really wide tires. I know someoe with an Integra who got his to work finally. 16x7" 43mm offset, 2 degrees negative camber front and 2.5 degrees rear, and really stiff springs.

So on a 99 coupe with a mild drop, I feel 16 in rims look best. But yet azenis only come in 215/45/16 or 205/55/16, which is going to give me least rubbing issues?

no clue.
but rubbing aside, 205/55/16 tires will look retarded on a civic.

BACK FROM THE DEAD
I actually ended up going with the Dunlop fm901 in a 215/45/16 tire and they do not rub at all. This is about a 2.25 drop with coils so depending on your drop and wheel offset they should not rub.

Well my drop is about 1.5 inches on my 99 coupe. I wanted to run 16x7's. But I also wanted to run azenis. There tire size is real limited for 16's. Because they only come in 215/45/16 or 205/55/16.
