Default white smoke only when I shift into a different gear....

Everything is fine when I start the car and let it sit running, I smell alot of carbon monoxide I guess it cause I have an exhaust leak but maybe because of something else not sure.. The problem is when I shift gears its a cloud of smoke behind me, it only happens when I shift gears and its a big cloud of smoke. Someone told me it had to do with oil dripping form the head and bad valve guide or something like that..

mods are b16a head with itr valves, springs and retainers. Itr manifold ctr cams RC injectors itr throttle body.
block is b16a with ctr(PCT) piston stock bore...
b16a(lsd) tranny
fairly new head gasket, well be doing a compression tomorrow
help me out this is killing.....
thanx

what rpm do you shift at?

is the cloud present if you drive to a higher rpm? like during a pull

does your oil level go down?

i'm having the same problem except its only a puff of white smoke when i shift, i also have an exhaust leak

and i'm guessing myself that the white smoke is humidity storing in my exhaust cause of the leak, if i rev high when the car is at operating temp, it'll puff big clouds then never do it again

its only at high rpm like around 8000 rpm, as a far as my oil level down down I dont think so.. its a cloud of smoke every time i shift at high rpm sometimes at normal driving as well.
