drill the bolt out and rethread to the next bigger size...
or drill out, and use a heli coil to use the same size bolt
or.. use an easy out... bolt extractor. good luck

p.s. spray some lube on it first(wd40)

Same thing happened to my 5th gen coupe. Well, what i did was take the whole lower control arm off the car, it makes things easier. Cut the welded nut on the back of the factory strut assembly off (i was reusing the struts) and then cut the bolt between the LCA and sturt fork with an air cut off tool. And pressed the bushing that the bolt you broke off goes through, to save from encountering this later, and replaced the bushing and bolt. See, what happens is the bolt that holds the strut to the LCA is splined, and over the years rust forms in between the splines. Thats why you snapped the head off the bolt. To me it made more sense to replace the bushing too, so that i wouldn't just be putting a new bolt into a rusty bushing. And when you put the new bolt back in when installing the new struts and springs make sure to use some anti-seize so that bolt will come out again if necessary. Anyways good luck with that its kinda a pain in the neck.
