wheres that thread? vtec69
i tried searching for it but couldn't come up with anything. i am looking for the thread where vtec69 built his engine in the basement but afterwards. he couldnt get it up the stairs. im not laughing at vtec69, i just want to know the outcome of this story.

well what I did was get a piece of plywood and drilled 4 holes in it.
Got some beefy rope and tied the motor to the plywood using the holes to wrap it around.
Once I felt that it was tied tight enough to the plywood, I tied another piece of rope to the motor like 10 ft long and had someone pull the rope from the top of the stairs while I pushed it up.
We made it to the top stair just in time for the plywood to crack completely in half

Look for Motor Stuck in Basement Part II within the next year or so
