Default Where should I start?

Hey all...This is my recently fixed up salvaged 98 Civic DX. So far I just got enough done to get the car registered and on the road. Now I'd like to get started on some fine tuning, intake, exhaust, turbo?, bodykit and rims. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated? I was thinking to first get it checked out...maybe a full check up @ the local Honda dealer for safety, efficiency or any problems? Then what...I'm also on a tight budget. B4 photos included.

A) Function over fashion.

B) Do what you want to your car. It's yours, not mines, or anyone elses.

C) Good job fixing it.

I agree with function over fashion first. I 'm thinking of suspension and a swap as first priorities. Thanx Hx

lol!!! First off befor you start asking what you should do with YOUR car figure out what you want. How much money you have, and of course what kinda risk is involved in doing what you want (tickets, stolen, laughed at, etc....)

most of us on honda-tech beleive in the oem look, and those lights are teh ghey, they dont look right on any honda, if you want something besides the stock lights with amber, get the red/clear ones, but whatever, you prolly like em

If I were you i would go with motor work first like a turbo or anything to make it faster then go for your looks. You want a sleeper before u have a looker. Plus while your doing your engine work you would possibly have to take the front end of your car off and then to go somewhere put it back on. So its possible that your bumper could get damaged.

function over fashion but the 1st thing you need to do is take the altezzas off and burn them and then throw the remainings of them off a cliff

H-T is pretty much anti-body kit...there is a few exceptions...like authentics...like bomex, mugen etc etc and not everyone likes them either...lol but altezza's i think everyone dislikes...thats why they/we are on H-T not ClubSi!
